(Reflective of OPITO course requirements and content)

Course Overview

This course provides delegates with intensive training in the principles of leading a team in an emergency situation. The course can be undertaken offshore/onshore and in the working environment and the training adapted to incorporate 'site and client specifics', thereby improving the familiarisation of those taking part.

Personnel intended to undertake this type of training under the OPITO or STCW banners can be provided with the correct 'pre-requisite' support training in their work-place and this has often been considered an efficient process with high success results avoiding further training and re-booking needs. The realities of undertaking an accredited course may mean your personnel actually only undertake 2 assessment exercises...if they are ill-prepared or finding it difficult to grasp the complexities of the required training in the allocated time they may be deemed 'Not Yet Competent' and would need to re-undertake the training.

Let Power-ST prepare your teams accordingly following a reflective standard as seen by accredited centres and culminating in a formal Assessment Report on each candidate taking part to highlight both their Strengths and potential improvement needs.
